Middle (Tama - 13th Street) Trail Entrance

The middle (Tama - 13th Street) entrance to the trail is located at latitude/longitude: 

N41^o 58.27'  W92^o 35.46'

Access to the trail is provided here on both sides of 13th Street in Tama, just west of the Tama-Toledo Country Club.  Off-street parking for a few vehicles is available just north of 13th Street adjacent to the trail.

South (Tama) Trail Entrance

The south (Tama) entrance to the trail is located near the City of Tama Maintenance Building, the Tama Public Library and the Tama Civic Center at latitude/longitude:

This entrance is on Harding Street in the area immediately behind the Library and Tama Civic Center.  Ample parking in available at the Civic Center.  Please do NOT park along or block the narrow Harding Street extension.

Cherry Lake (Tama) Trail Entrance

The entrance to the new Cherry Lake trail loop is at the east end of the lake on the north side of the road and fence that surrounds the Packaging Corp. of America's Tama Mill.  This entrance is at latitude/longitude: 

N41^o 57.67'  W92^o 34.89'

Parking is available just outside the fence on either side of Water Street.  Please note that the fence gate is closed at times but a pedestrian/bicycle opening in the fence is provided just north of the road.  Another fence/gate exists at the SE end of the lake trail loop but a pedestrian/bicycle opening is also provided there.

North (Ross Street, Toledo) Trail Entrance

A new entrance to the trail (under construction) in Toledo is provided on the south side of Ross Street between the current Toledo Maintenance Building and Dolezal Farm Supply.  This entrance is at latitude/longitude: 

N41^o 59.58'  W92^o 35.39'

Parking is available roughly 1/4-mile west of this location at the Toledo City Park and the trail is accessible from that marked parking area.  Vehicles may be able to park in front of the Toledo Maintenance Building but trail users should be careful not to block access to any part of the building or grounds.  Please do not park at Dolezal Farm Supply, that area is reserved for their customers.
